Former Circuit Chief at the Office of Regional Counsel, 2d DCA, Zachary supervised the work product of over 20 attorneys in Florida's 20th Judicial Circuit while zealously representing hundreds of clients, each of whom were given the close personal attention warranted by the nature of their case.
